FOTD Friday: NARS Bridal Palette look
Happy Friday! Gosh, I can not believe how fast this week has gone by. I’m not complaining or anything but dag. I’m not sure what I will be doing this weekend but I’ll think of something. I just HAVE to share with you one of the most beauuuutiful palettes I have ever seen!
Don’t laugh at my plastic leaves. I’m trying to set the scene for yall, okay? LOL! I have a few NARS blushes and a lipstick but an entire palette? I think I am going to faint.

What a gorgeous palette with useable shades for not only brides but 9-5 ladies and subtle but sharp sistas on the go. I can honestly say that I LOVE every single eyeshadow, cheek color and lip color in this palette. All of them look beautiful on my brown skin and are easy to use. Let me introduce you to the newest members of my family.
Ondine-medium-brown plum with gold shimmer (top left).
Nepal-pale rose with subtle, soft shimmer(top right).
Edie-bone-base color with shimmer (bottom left).
Night-black with red pearls (bottom right).
Albatross Highlighting Powder-a soft iridescent cheek, brow, and nose highlighter (top).
Orgasm Blush-shimmery peachy-pink (bottom). A serious cult-fave!
Lipstick in Mitzi-a creamy, shimmery strawberry pink (top left).
Lipstick in Roman Holiday-a soft and delicate pastel pink (top right).
Lipstick in Sexual Healing-shimmering pink blossom (bottom left).
Lip Lacquer in Baby Doll-a cotton-candy pink (bottom right).
So here is my look….I used all of the eye shadows and the following:
-Urban Decay’s Glide-On Eye pencil in Lust
-MAC Blacktrack fluidline
-Imju Fiberwig mascara
-Cheeks: Albatross
-Lips: Baby Doll (just for fun..I’d add a dark Plum lip liner to make it more wearable)
….and my pimples say “Holla!”
I have heard make-up lovers everywhere rave about Orgasm blush and I just didn’t think it was fitting for the darker skinned ladies. But it’s actually not THAT bad. I can dig it. And Albatross Highlighting powder is AMAZING!!
I can’t say enough about this palette. It’s a little sad that I’ve become this enamored with NARS because my wallet certainly can’t handle pretty purchases like these too often. But for $65, I can’t even be upset because this is one palette that I can actually use regularly.

I was just in Sephora the other day and I saw the Nars Orgasm blush and fell in love. It is really pretty. Question, with that cat eye look in the first pic, how did you do that? I’ve always wanted to try that.
dangit, i keep walkin by that Nars palette in Sephora too lol, I may give in since MAC is not bein Butterfli friendly lately lol
