| August 26, 2010 | 2 Comments

Welcome to another post from the Sista Show Off series! In this series I like to show some love to other companies, blogs, businesses, organizations or just regular ladies like myself who are paving the way for women everywhere! Let me feature you! Shoot me an email at Brittany@ClumpsOfMascara.com.

Y’all already know how much I love rapping about weddings. Between ChocolateBrides.com and attending the weddings of my best girl friends, I just love love! Check out Naijawed N More, a wedding blog that focuses on West African couples. Um…wow!!

Naijawed N More is a wedding blog that focus on West African couples (but others too, we won’t leave you out) and the ceremonies that unite them.

You’ll find much more than just pics though, there’s also information on the cultural practices of West African countries and if you’re looking for inspiration for your next traditional outfit, you can check out the Aso-Ebi Outfit of the Week!

Add this blog to your RSS reader because according to the editor, she is going to be hosting a giveaway on Friday, August 27th…the day that she got engaged!

Love is a beautiful thang. Click here to follow Naijawed N More.

Want me to show you off? If you have a blog, website or e-store and would like to be featured, send me an email at Brittany@ClumpsOfMascara.com.

One of my bestfriends got married a couple of years ago to a lovely man from Nigeria. The wedding was so cool and colorful! While we were all dancing one of the Nigerian family members hit me with her headdress. I was so suprised by how soft the fabric was! It was such beautiful silky fabric! I love how much thought went into the dress for all of the women being made and tailored to fit them specifically. Also how cool it was for all of the women from the family to pick a specific color for the event. All I can say is it beats Davids bridal hands down! :o)
