Urban Decay Naked Nail Polish set.

Hi everyone! Today I’ve got a pretty mani for you with the new Urban Decay Naked Nail Polish set. I’ve
also got a little how-to on how I did my nails to share with you.

UD

Left Column, top to bottom: Sidecar, Smog, Creep. Right Column, top to bottom: Naked, Toasted, Hustle.

Before I applied the nail polish, I pushed back the cuticles. Then I wiped the nail base clean with nail polish remover to remove any oils that that might be on my nail bed. I used Cult Nails Get it On Base Coat so that my polish would apply smoothly. I applied two coats of Urban Decay Smog, which is a gorgeous copper with red undertones and gold shimmer.

After Smog was completely dry, I decided I wanted to add a little something extra, so I took a makeup sponge and dabbed a bit of Urban Decay Sidecar onto the sponge, and then dabbed that ½ of the way up my nail. I waited a bit, and then did that ¼ of the way up my nail. This created a glitter gradient effect. I did angle my sponge a bit, into an upside down V shape, just to do something different with the Sidecar. I finished off my nails with HK Girl Glisten n’ Glow Super Shiny Fast Drying top Coat. I love this top coat for making my glitter polishes smooth and keeping things shiny!
